Welcome to my blog Reaching-Body-Perfection. Through this blog I will share both my knowledge and experience in helping individuals from all walks of life to attain their health and fitness goals. My experience comes from several years of training my own body as well as others. I truly know what it is like to be out of shape and then train and condition my body to the place that when I looked into the mirror I was pleased with what I saw. I had to make it through assorted illnesses and physical obstacles that have challenged my body and my mind which caused me to look down the road and wonder if I would ever make it back to good health. It is this knowledge and motivation that I offer to others in helping them to attain and maintain their individual goals. My philosophy about getting in shape is that it is not about a life style of dieting but a life style of living. Always know that we can all reach our individual ideal body-perfection as long as we are willing to take the time, put forth the effort, stay disciplined and stay dedicated.
